Terms and conditions
These terms apply to the Servdo maternity benefit. The benefit is available after your photo ID and the child's birth certificate have been verified.
If you already have a subscription
You can pause your business at any time. The pause lasts a minimum of 3 months. We record the time you pause and the time you unpause.
You have 12 months from the birth of your child to unpause the business. The 6 months free start from the moment you unpause. After those 6 months, the subscription continues at the regular product price.
If you do not have a subscription
You can start a new subscription at a reduced rate of £0. The free subscription ends on the earlier of these two dates:
- 15 months from the child's date of birth
- 6 months from the date the subscription starts
After that end date, the subscription continues at the regular product price.
What the £0 rate does not include
The reduced rate of £0 does not include processing fees, domain costs, and other third party services. Those charges are still payable.
